We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in Marlow, UK. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase brand visibility, and achieve business goals as required across various geographical regions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to deliver impactful paid media campaigns.

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in Marlow, UK. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase brand visibility, and achieve business goals as required across various geographical regions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to deliver impactful paid media campaigns.

More specifically, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic paid media plans and campaigns, leveraging your expertise in handling large scale marketing budgets.
- Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive the continuous improvement of paid media strategies by staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Apply innovative approaches to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, ad copywriting, targeting, and tracking implementation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns, increase conversions, and drive revenue growth.
- Lead testing and experimentation initiatives to identify new opportunities for optimization, such as A/B testing, ad creative testing, and landing page optimization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and media platforms to negotiate contracts, secure advertising placements, and stay informed about industry developments.
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. Additional certifications in paid media, such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint, are highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of search engines, social media platforms, and other advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, TikTok, Meta, etc.
- A proven track record of successfully managing high six-figure marketing budgets, driving exceptional results and achieving high ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Extensive experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including search engines, social media platforms, and display networks.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage large-scale campaigns, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and guide cross-functional teams.
- Confidence analysing campaign data, identifying insights and presenting recommendations to stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving business growth through paid media
