As our People & Culture Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping our employee experience. You’ll provide valuable guidance on People policies, champion diversity and well-being, and support teams across Magenta Living in creating a positive and engaging work environment.

You’ll be an individual who has proven experience of building strong, working relationships with key stakeholders of all levels to achieve our strategic goals embedded within our business plan: the ‘Road to 2030’.
