As a People & Culture Advisor, you will provide seamless People & Culture (P&C) advisory, generalist, and administrative support across the business.

You will support the UKI People & Culture Partnering team in delivering high-quality HR support to multiple business areas, including joint ventures and leaders based in the UK. You will also collaborate with colleagues across the US and EMEA where required, and work closely with other People & Culture functions, including Employee Connections, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition, to ensure an efficient and consistent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for managers on a wide range of employee matters.
  • Manage employee relations cases end to end, including sickness absence, performance, conduct, disciplinary matters, and grievances.
  • Serve as the day-to-day liaison with the Employee Connections team, coordinating headcount additions and changes and ensuring job descriptions, organisational charts, and relevant reports are kept up to date.
  • Provide general HR administration and coordination, including arranging work experience placements, liaising with Finance regarding purchase orders and invoices, and completing Workday transactions.
  • Support the People & Culture Director and business leaders with organisational change initiatives and day-to-day HR processes.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor or HR Advisory role.
  • Strong employee relations experience with the ability to manage cases independently.
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience using Workday is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix organisation and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
