We are looking for a People Advisor to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. Should you choose to accept, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Supporting the People team in providing professional HR services across all employee touchpoints.  
  • Managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to performance management.
  • Administering and maintaining HR systems while ensuring data protection compliance 
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinary and grievances. 
  • Assisting in the delivery of our Induction programme and managing the probation processes 
  • Supporting the development and implementation of People initiatives and change management projects.

Our perfect candidate should have a wealth of knowledge in HR processes and employment law, with the ability to use these skills to deliver five-star solutions that keep our employees and leaders supported.

Customer service is paramount to us, which is why we only look for candidates with excellent customer facing skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

  • CIPD Level 5 Associate qualification or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in HR administration
  • Understanding of HR processes and employment law
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • People centric approach 
  • Excellent conversational fluency in English is required to clearly explain complex HR matters
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
