As part of our growth journey, we’re on the lookout for a highly organised, detail-driven Payroll Supervisor to join our Finance team. You’ll take the lead on our global payroll operations - spanning the UK, Germany and the US - and ensure payroll is delivered on time, every time.
This is an exciting opportunity to own end-to-end payroll processes, work closely with both internal teams and external providers, and make your mark by driving process improvements and automation across international payroll functions.

As part of our growth journey, we’re on the lookout for a highly organised, detail-driven Payroll Supervisor to join our Finance team. You’ll take the lead on our global payroll operations - spanning the UK, Germany and the US - and ensure payroll is delivered on time, every time.
This is an exciting opportunity to own end-to-end payroll processes, work closely with both internal teams and external providers, and make your mark by driving process improvements and automation across international payroll functions.
What you will be doing:
- Collaborate with the People team to prepare inputs and manage the monthly UK/EU and bi-monthly US payrolls.
- Fully own the end-to-end payroll process and manage relationships with external payroll providers.
- Reconcile payroll journals and nominal codes, reviewing payroll-related balance sheet entries monthly.
- Ensure the accurate administration of benefits such as pension schemes and localised offerings.
- Prepare P11D submissions and ensure all taxes and levies are correctly processed by payroll bureaus.
- Act as the go-to payroll expert, supporting managers and employees with queries and escalations.
- Monitor legislative changes across the UK, Germany and the US to maintain compliance.
- Liaise with external auditors for payroll-related requests.
- Drive continuous improvement through payroll automation initiatives and systems projects.
- AAT qualified (or equivalent) payroll professional with strong knowledge of employment tax and pensions.
- Proven UK payroll experience; US and/or German payroll experience is a strong advantage.
- Highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, with confidence in managing large data sets.
- Excellent time management, strong organisational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- A clear and confident communicator who thrives in both independent and team settings.
