Exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join our Finance Team in Newport, Wales or alternatively in Hammersmith, London. Take a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll services across key EMEA regions—specifically Finland and Sweden.
As a Payroll Officer, you will own the end-to-end payroll cycle, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors. Your expertise will help ensure compliance, data accuracy, and process excellence, all while supporting a global payroll strategy in a thriving, international environment.

You are a highly motivated payroll professional with a solid background in managing UK and international payrolls, particularly in the Nordics region.
You’re detail-oriented and analytical, with a strong grasp of payroll legislation and reporting requirements. - Run end-to-end payroll processes for multiple countries (focus on Finland and Sweden).
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure data accuracy and legal compliance.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by investigating inconsistencies and liaising with stakeholders.
- Process benefits, pensions, and leave adjustments in a timely manner.
- Ensure timely submissions of payroll reports and statutory filings.
- Contribute to process improvements and support broader global payroll initiatives.
