About The Team

Our payroll team work to support our clients to better run their payroll functions and to ensure they are compliant with payroll legislation. Our successful team of more than 70 professionals is growing across all areas and therefore requires more team members.

About The Role

  • In your role you will be primarily responsible for assisting with the administration and processing of payrolls within the team, to provide a first-class payroll bureau service to clients
  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration of multiple end to end client payrolls; including administering RTI submissions and process end of year forms P60
  • Use payroll software efficiently, including import/exports and report writing (full training provided)
  • Processing all types of manual payroll calculations, including pro rata salary calculations & salary sacrifice schemes
  • Apply knowledge of statutory payments, pension schemes, including AE process and pension upload to pension providers website
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts at all levels.

What are we looking for?

  • Keen interest in pursuing a career within payroll
  • Some experience in payroll or finance
  • Good IT skills, with experience using Microsoft including Excel
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in prior roles
  • A self-starter able to organise and prioritise workload
