Perform payroll activities across allocated global jurisdictions where Ocorian operates.
This is an office based role with regular opportunity to work from home, most of our team travel to the office for our anchor days and it’s always a fun event to have the team together!

Main Responsibilities
- Work with outsourced payroll service providers to deliver a timely, accurate payroll service.
- Maintain and manage payroll processes and systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
- Work with external organisations to implement/ maintain any payroll related setups.
- Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of payroll processes and documentation.
- Act as liaison between payroll and finance regarding all payroll matters for the allocated jurisdictions.
- Support any in house payroll activities.
- Provide payroll information to auditors as required. Daily administration of benefits programs including health insurance and pension plans, supporting employees and liaising with vendors/ brokers as required.

- Highly numerate with a systematic approach to problem solving and strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Experience with international payroll is preferred.
- Experience administering Benefits is preferred.
- At least intermediate Excel proficiency (e.g. PivotTables, formulas such as vlookup). Advanced Excel proficiency is advantageous.
