Role
Tomcat Motorsport Ltd are looking for an organised individual to take on and manage the Parts department. The post is full time in the office / factory. The main aspect of the position is to maintain and control all aspects of parts supply, parts procurement, parts management, part sales, and any updates, in addition to this primary role, we need an individual interested and capable in the use of IT, to manage the web shop, the website, social media, videos etc. The role will involve the following:
Parts
Parts procurement
Parts stock control
Parts financial entries
Parts photography and web shop updates
Parts sales, invoicing and web shop pay maintenance
Receiving and stock taking all incoming parts
Stock management
Packing and sending all parts out
Allocation of parts to Workshop for factory builds
Costing parts to factory builds
Twice yearly Stock take
Material and part supplier procurement and management
Keep parts / accounts software up to date
Constantly look at ways to improve the efficiency of parts management
IT
Web shop maintenance, improvements, update and population of new products etc
Website changes and news updates
General IT assistance, procurement and maintenance of current systems
Social media content with regular updates on tomcat including videos
General
Working with accounts department on all tomcat parts and materials
Workshop Assistance When Required (no Skills Required For This)
Delivery and collection of vehicles and large parts
This parts role at present is small but growing quickly. Tomcat Motorsport needs a Parts Manager to help meet the growing demand for this department. Applicant must possess a clean UK driving licence
