The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage parts returns and ensure supplier credits are processed promptly.
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve issues such as delays or incorrect parts.
  • Communicate with the Production Manager to update on parts ETAs and highlight any issues.
  • Maintain and control dry stock levels.
  • Support customer service when required.
  • Assist the Vehicle Damage Assessor by taking vehicle images and completing other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

About You

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive team player who can communicate effectively and prioritise workload.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering great service.

Benefits

  • 33 days’ holiday (including bank holidays)
  • Comprehensive internal and external training
  • Pension scheme and death-in-service insurance
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity pay
  • Perkbox - access to hundreds of discounts and rewards
