Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist - #150570

Victoria Veterinary Practice are looking for a dedicated receptionist to join their fantastic team! Your day-to-day will vary in this fast-paced environment, with duties including;

• Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner
• Managing reception duties such as phone calls, appointment bookings, and general inquiries
• Processing insurance claims and pet health club memberships
• Keeping client records accurate and up-to-date
• Supporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks away from the front desk
• Remaining calm and compassionate in high-pressure or emotional situations

Your shift pattern

This is a part-time role working 28 hours per week, with a mix of 5- or 10-hour shifts across both of our sites.
