Ideally, some experience in care, a Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualification, or experience caring for a loved one or individual with complex needs
Two references covering the past 3 years (including any previous roles supporting vulnerable adults)
An enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the cost!)
