This role involves driving children or conveying adults who need to be transported due to age, illness, or disability. The position therefore meets the definition of regulated activity under both child and adult workforce legislative wording and is eligible for an Enhanced DBS check with relevant barred list checks.

As a valued member of our team, you’ll provide safe and reliable transport for children and adults with special needs or vulnerabilities. You’ll be responsible for:
- Ensuring passengers travel safely to and from schools or other locations
- Building professional, friendly relationships with passengers, parents, carers, and school staff
- Following safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
- Available for both morning and afternoon shifts on school days
- A valid UK driving licence (car category)
- Confidence in driving a variety of vehicles, including people carriers and wheelchair-accessible vehicles (training provided)
- Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS Check (criminal record check)
- Completion of a Group 2 medical assessment to meet licensing standards
- Right to work in the UK
