A great part time opportunity has arisen for a Bookkeeper to join a reputable and growing accounting provider in Southampton.
This is a hybrid opportunity with flexible hours.
The company is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person to join a very supportive and friendly team. As part of the team, you will play a vital role in payroll, maintaining accurate financial records for clients, assisting with financial reporting, and supporting the broader accounting practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Process weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time
Maintain up-to-date employee records and payroll documentation
Assist with accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger entries
Support month-end and year-end close processesWhat We're Looking For:
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)
