Job Overview
We are looking for an Outpatient Appointments Team Leader for our Paediatrics Outpatients Department at Wexham Hospital.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as the Team Leader for the Outpatient Appointments team and be responsible for providing excellent customer service and contributing proactive information to support the waiting list team

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as the Team Leader for the Outpatient Appointments team and be responsible for providing excellent customer service and contributing proactive information to support the waiting list team
- The post holder will assist with the day to day running of the outpatient appointments team supporting the Patient Pathway Co-ordinator/Service Manager
- The post holder will work closely with all clinical areas to support the Trust’s targets, i.e. referral to treatment and cancer targets
- The post holder will be involved in transforming current work practices to meet all Trust requirements
- The post holder will be responsible for the day to day management of staff which includes; induction, appraising and initial performance management
