About The Role
Pay Details: Grade 4, SCP 5 - 7, £24,790 - £25,584, £12.85 - £13.26ph
Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 37 Hours / Flexible
Main Place of Work: Civic Offices, Barry and Agile Working
What you’ll be doing: This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of the Organisational Development and Learning Team, actively promoting a Learning Culture within the Council. This varied role will give you the opportunity to be involved in projects and opportunities that support all staff around personal or team development.
We are constantly evolving our development offering, and you will play a key role in bringing creativity and innovation to support blended learning and ensuring our people are supported to achieve their full potential. Please see attached job description for full information about the main duties of the role.
