Joining GTR as an Organisational Development Specialist offers the unique opportunity to be at the forefront of transforming the rail sector. You will be part of a brand new team with an exciting agenda ahead. You will be involved in a wide range of projects, including embedding our new approach to performance and development, supporting talent management and succession planning and developing new career support and development initiatives throughout GTR. This fast-paced and dynamic role is both demanding and rewarding, and will require you to conduct gap analysis, design innovative organisational development interventions, and deliver outstanding experiences. You will continuously evaluate and refine, ensuring our colleagues have the tools and opportunities they need to thrive and grow.
