We are looking for an Order Processor to provide an accurate and efficient order processing service on conservatories, roofs, doors and windows.

Position:

What you'll be doing:

• Processing frames/orders for our trade customers, including windows, doors and conservatories
• Offering advice and technical support to customers
• Building and maintaining customer relationships, and liaising with internal teams as required
• Using Windows Designer and bespoke in-house software packages
• Based at our site in Wellingborough
  
  

Requirements:

You will have:

• Ideally worked within data processing or data entry and enjoy working with standard processes
• Have some phone based customer service experience
• Excellent attention to detail and planning skills
• Ability to challenge & influence key stakeholders and work well under pressure
  
  

Other information:

Salary: £24,000 per annum.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (37.5 hours per week)
