Responsibilities

Make an impact - To process the ownership of the complete order processing cycle, from customer orders to invoice. - To ensure the correct delivery time, creating the order, creating purchase request, booking goods intake, creating delivery notes, custom clearance and customer invoices. - To maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments. - Co-ordinate with logistics partners, organising and tracking deliveries and import-export documents. - Working closely and aligning with the Finance Department on overdues, invoicing, tax and other financial topics. - Identify and implement process enhacements to increase operational efficiency.

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed - Knowledge and experience in operations, with a focus on order processing, invoicing logistics and customs. - Good understanding and experience in SAP. - Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
