We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operational Analyst to join our Due Diligence team. This role plays a key part in supporting the onboarding, monitoring, and governance of third-party partners, ensuring all due diligence processes are executed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with teams across Underwriting, Compliance, Risk, and Operations, combining strong data analysis with regulatory awareness and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end due diligence reviews on third parties, including onboarding and ongoing monitoring
Analyse data to identify risk indicators, trends, and potential exposures
Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, governance frameworks, and internal policies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across internal systems and due diligence databases
Produce high-quality reports to support governance committees and business decision-making
Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, managing queries through to resolution
Identify and escalate risks or inconsistencies in documentation or submissions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of due diligence processes and controls
We’re looking for candidates with experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated environment, who bring a strong understanding of risk, compliance, or due diligence processes. You should have advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, and the ability to interpret complex data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of FCA regulations, delegated authority, or third-party oversight would be beneficial.
