About The Role

Shift patterns: Minimum of 7.5 hour shift. Variable days and start times.

This role plays a crucial part in the overall maintenance and appearance of trains, contributing to a positive customer experience. You will travel on the train whilst it is in service, upholding an excellent cleaning service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain a tidy environment inside the train
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed, ensuring that all necessary materials are on hand to perform daily tasks.
  • You will work onboard the trains during travel and will therefore have interaction with passengers and train crew

The Ideal Candidate Should Meet The Following Criteria

  • You must have right to work in the UK.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in cleaning would be advantageous.
    • Willingness to work night and weekend shifts.
