The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Services Team Lead to ensure the smooth running of our office and front‑of‑house functions. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead our Office Assistants and Reception team, ensuring our clients and colleagues receive a first‑class experience every day.
As the driving force behind our office operations, you will coordinate services, manage facilities, and champion exceptional standards across client service, events, hospitality and health & safety. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering excellence, and thrives in a busy professional environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and supporting the Office Assistants and Reception team, ensuring high performance, professional development, and a positive working culture.
- Overseeing front‑of‑house operations, ensuring all client meeting rooms and communal areas are presented impeccably at all times.
- Coordinating client hospitality, internal events, and meeting catering, delivering a polished and seamless service experience.
- Managing procurement of office supplies, consumables, furniture, and services, ensuring value for money and smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Taking responsibility for building safety and compliance, including first aid, fire safety processes, policy reviews, and planned maintenance.
- Liaising with contractors on cleaning, facilities issues, repairs, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to staff.
- Supporting desk planning, office moves, and space optimisation in collaboration with the Resourcing and IT teams.
- Ensuring all office operations align with firm standards, data protection requirements, and professional regulations.
