Data Administrator - Temp

We are seeking an Administrator to join our team based in Stafford to support the operations management team on a temporary basis, with potential to go full time.

Location: Stafford

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week (Monday to Friday, 08.30am-16.30pm)

Salary: Up to £26,000

Responsibilities – But Not Limited To

  • Collect and collate data to support commercial reporting
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Raise and manage Purchase Orders
  • Assist with cost reporting and forecasting
  • Support procurement and payment of subcontractors
  • Aid in preparation of Applications for Payment
  • Liaise with clients to resolve account and invoicing queries
  • Address Work In Progress (WIP) and debt queries

Experience And Qualifications Required For The Role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience in invoicing and raising Purchase Orders
  • Familiarity with month-end reporting processes
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commercial department experience is desirable
  • Driving licence preferred (due to rural location)
