We are seeking enthusiastic, organised, and reliable individuals to work within our Occupational Therapy team. You will deliver a robust assessment and treatment service to our customers, covering physical, learning, and mental health disabilities.

We are looking for a team member who can work as part of a team and work independently, managing and prioritising their own time and workload. You must have excellent communication and computer skills.
You will be working with experienced Occupational Therapists within the community to support people with a range of difficulties, to live as independently as possible within their own home or chosen setting.

- To provide appropriate assessment and support to customers and formal/informal carers (this could be over the telephone, in a clinic or at the customer’s residence).
- To arrange for appropriate, effective therapy service interventions (within the scope of the role) that enable individuals to achieve optimum control of their lives.
- To provide quality information and advice, signposting and resolving queries to support the Therapy and Equipment Service.

- Providing instruction to customers and their carers to enable them to achieve maximum functional independence.
- Working both independently and as part of a team.
- Organising an allocated workload, planning and prioritising work to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Developing effective working relationships with customers, colleagues and other agencies.
- Maintaining accurate case records on the computer database.
