Occupational Therapist - #187695

The role involves providing specialist occupational therapy for adults with neurological conditions, supporting their independence and personal growth.

Reporting to the Deputy Manager, the OT will manage a caseload, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Supervision of support staff, maintaining documentation, and contributing to service improvements are key responsibilities.

Candidates should have a Degree in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Experience in neurorehabilitation and evidence-based practice is desirable.
