Role Purpose
The Territory Account Manager role is a key part of the Paediatric Sales team, supporting customers in both Primary and Secondary care.
- Build the credibility and relevancy of the paediatric Nutricia portfolio across the full health economy (hospital and community), driving both commercial opportunity and patient value.
- Drive and implement guidelines and pathway strategy (allergy and paediatric growth) through close cross functional working to provide bespoke value propositions and market share optimisation.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare accounts across your territory.
- Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and NHS stakeholders.
- Deliver meaningful clinical and commercial conversations that drive impact.
- Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- In person engagement with customers is an integral part of this role therefore, you will spend 4-5 days in the field per week meeting with customers.
About you We would like you to demonstrate the following key skills
- Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management
- Understanding & Communicating Clinical Evidence with impact
- Tenacity/Agility and a growth mindset
- Commercial acumen and strong data analysis skills
- Customer and Category knowledge preferable but not essential
- Our field-based principles mean you’ll need to be living in Suffolk, Norfolk or Essex. If you're unable to relocate, we will not be able to consider your application for this role.
- You will also need to hold a full UK driving license and must be comfortable with regular driving to meet with your customers.

- Introductory Call
- Behavioural Interview Here, we’ll explore your experience in more detail and how it aligns with the key behaviours we look for at Danone. We share the questions in advance and are interested in hearing real, thoughtful examples from your experience and how you approach different situations - not putting you on the spot.
- Final Interview In the final stage, you’ll meet the hiring team. We’ll ask you to prepare a short presentation in advance and take part in a role-play exercise, giving you the chance to demonstrate how you would approach real scenarios in the role.
