About Our Nursery

Busy Bees Sudbury Hill, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 99 children and is situated in a peaceful area with ample space for play, discovery, and learning. Our warm and stimulating environment provides everything children need to feel supported in their growth and development, effectively preparing them for the next stage of their educational journey. Located in the Borough of Harrow in West London, our nursery is just a stone's throw from Sudbury Hill tube station. We offer complimentary lunches and free parking for our families. Within our nursery, you’ll find themed areas tailored around books and topics we’re covering, such as our ‘Dear Zoo’ corner, which is filled with various animals for children to discover and connect to their learning.

What To Expect As a Nursery Practitioner

  • Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
  • Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
  • Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
  • Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
