The Role
The Role
- Lead and manage New Product Development (NPD) projects from conception to launch.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and sales.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
- Ensure all new products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in New Product Development (NPD).
- Background in engineering or manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
