The newly built Leonardo Hotel Bristol Glassfields will offer 197 stylish bedrooms, completed with Leonardo DREAM beds, an exclusively designed mattress and modern ensuite bathrooms. Not to mention the Hotel will be BREEAM certified!

As a result we are now looking for an enthusiastic, genuine, and friendly Guest Service Staff - Nights Member who wants to contribute to our guests having a happy and memorable stay with us.

Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Handle guests incidents, complaints and coordinate service recovery where required in conjunction with the Manager.
• Conference & Banqueting set up, maintenance and cleaning.
• Identifying, communicating all issues (maintenance, equipment, etc)
• Following company control procedures in accordance with the internal audit requirements.
• Confidently know all emergency procedures, full knowledge of the fire manual.
• Working in partnership with the Night Manager to ensure all Nights Department objectives are fulfilled.
• Close daily business and secure property
• Prepare hotel for new day – Particular attention to detail on cleanliness and presentation is vital.
• Aid all departments while on shift – knowledge of bar & restaurant would be beneficial.

Experience We Are Looking For

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must have previous experience in a similar role and demonstrated business / industry awareness.
• Possess a high standard of customer service delivery skills.
• Be standards driven and detail-orientated with the ability to organise and plan ahead.
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should have previous experience with Micros/Opera.
