As a Night Operations Supervisor, you will take the lead during night shifts, ensuring our student accommodation property remains safe, secure and well managed.

  • Supervise and support the night team, providing clear direction and maintaining high service standards
  • Act as the main escalation point for incidents, making decisions and leading responses to operational or safety issues

  • Carry out safety checks and compliance audits, ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Monitor property standards, ensuring communal areas remain clean, safe and welcoming
  • Manage team rotas and attendance, ensuring appropriate coverage and efficient use of resources
  • Oversee contractor access and activity on site, ensuring work is carried out safely
  • Maintain clear communication with the day team, ensuring effective handovers and continuity of operations
  • Support residents with queries or concerns, ensuring they feel safe and supported
