About The Role
We are hiring a Lead .NET Developer on a contract basis to lead the redevelopment of our client’s primary digital platform. Based in Warwick with hybrid working, this role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact technical initiative. You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle — from architecture and design to development and deployment — of a scalable and modern solution tailored for enterprise users.
This position requires not just technical expertise but also strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, as you’ll be a key liaison between internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end redevelopment of a core digital platform.
- Define and implement architectural and technical standards.
- Develop high-quality, scalable solutions using modern .NET technologies.
- Mentor and guide other developers, promoting best practices.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions.
- Integrate front-end technologies and ensure seamless user experiences.
- Drive cloud-first approaches and implement modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong experience with C# / .NET Core, Web APIs, and modern software architecture.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and make strategic development decisions.
- Understanding of front-end integration (e.g., JavaScript frameworks).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders.
- Commitment to clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Previous experience in a digital agency or consulting environment.
