We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our established and experienced Global Network Team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.

Your Role

This role involves building and maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers in an international environment.

You will spend most of your time guiding your team, resolving queries and problems, providing clear goals and developing your team’s professional and technical capabilities where appropriate

This role will require you to be a talented leader and a coach of people with experience of delivering for the customer, driving improvements and leading others through change. You will be continuously monitoring and reporting on Global Network Service Standards identifying and taking appropriate action to address non-compliance.

About You

To be successful in this role you will need prior experience of people management with general knowledge of the insurance marketplace. It would also be beneficial to have experience of multinational insurance.
