3 shift rotation (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00)

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality products by operating a variety of machines across both packing and processing lines. You'll work to consistently meet production targets while maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and housekeeping. You’ll also support continuous improvement by identifying and resolving issues, completing product quality checks, and ensuring all processes meet our strict standards. From changeovers and shutdown cleans to following our Integrated Work System (IWS) principles, your contribution will be vital in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Job requirements

We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:

• We're looking for someone with a solid foundation in literacy and numeracy, and a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Your ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and take ownership will make a valuable contribution to team success.
• Experience in manufacturing or the food industry is highly desirable, but we also recognise the value of transferable skills from other fast-paced environments.
• While holding a Level 2 in Food Safety for Manufacturing is a plus, don’t worry if you haven’t got it yet — we provide bespoke training to support your development.
• Above all, we're looking for individuals who work well both independently and as part of a team, and who demonstrate our KP values through accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
