Guinness Property maintains our properties in-house nationwide. The team provides day-to-day responsive repairs, from broken door handles to roof maintenance. No two days are the same, and if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d like to hear from you.

We're expanding our team and have a new opportunity for Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our Repairs Team covering our homes in Crawley and the surrounding areas. This is a full time, permanent vacancy, working 39 hours per week.

You’ll not only be a fully qualified and experienced Joiner/Carpenter but you’ll also have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to provide a high-quality service in compliance with relevant procedures and legislation.

Essential Skills/Experience

• Demonstrable competence within the Joinery and Carpentry trade.
• Experience with PVC door and window repairs.
• Experience of working in a customer focused environment
• Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures & accurately record information.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating organisational & time management skills.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems, seeking any advice required.
• Ability to carry out physical tasks and lift weights in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines
  
  

Essential Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 (City & Guilds) Trade Qualification or equivalent recognised competency in the Joinery & Carpentry trade.
• A full current driving licence is needed so you can drive one of our vans when necessary.
