We are looking for caring, compassionate and motivated Mental Health Support Workers to join our team at Beck House in Chester.

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you'll support adults with mental health needs to develop their independence, achieve personal goals and live as active members of their community.

About The Role

No two days are the same. You'll provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs, helping them build confidence, develop life skills, and work towards greater independence.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Supporting individuals with daily living skills

Encouraging independence and positive wellbeing

Assisting with budgeting and household tasks

Supporting attendance at appointments and activities

Helping individuals access education, employment, and community opportunities

Providing emotional support and encouragement

Maintaining accurate records and support plans

Working alongside healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders

As the needs of the people we support evolve, there may be occasions where personal care support is required. Full training will be provided.
