JustNurses are currently recruiting for a Healthcare Support Worker to cover shifts at our clients hospital in Swansea.
We offer a range of shift patterns, including days, nights, and weekends to suit your requirements with excellent pay rates up to GBP25 per hour. You will be assigned a dedicated consultant who will secure shifts for you in your desired location, so you do not need to worry about a thing.
As an agency HCA, your key responsibilities will include providing direct patient care, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the comfort and well:being of patients. You will support the nursing staff by taking vital signs, assisting with mobility and personal care, and observing and reporting any changes in patients conditions.
To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 6 months experience in a formal caring environment or hospital setting. In addition, a comprehensive understanding of relevant hospital policies and procedures is required to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care.
