We're seeking a Menopause Specialist to lead the clinical development and launch of our menopause service. This combines product development with ongoing clinical expertise.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape a new clinical service and improve access to menopause care for women across the UK.

As a Menopause Specialist at Evaro, you will:

  • Lead clinical input for menopause service development (initial 6-8 weeks)
  • Develop clinical protocols, treatment pathways, and prescribing guidelines
  • Create medication formulary and clinical decision support tools
  • Provide specialist consultation for complex cases (ongoing)
  • Conduct remote patient consultations as required
  • Mentor and support clinical governance/ clinicians

Essential Requirements:

  • Medical qualification with current GMC registration
  • Specialist experience in menopause management and HRT prescribing
  • Understanding of digital health/remote consultation
  • Strong communication skills

Desirable Requirements:

  • British Menopause Society certification or equivalent
  • Experience in private healthcare/digital health
  • Clinical protocol development experience

Working Arrangements:

  • Initial: Minimum 1 day per week (flexible)
  • Remote working with occasional meetings
  • Potential for increased hours as service grows

Compensation:

  • £70-90 per hour (contractor) or £60-80k pro rata (PAYE)
  • Flexible based on experience and availability
