Media Support Executive - #65795

Please note: this role and will require travel to our office based in Central London 1-2 times per month.

About the Business Division:

This role is part of ONEHealth Communications, a subsidiary of M3 Inc., which is a specialist Healthcare Communications agency working in partnership with our clients to deliver end-to-end Media and Content services. This is supported by Data4NHS, providing one of the largest GDPR compliant email databases of Healthcare Professionals (HCP) in the UK.​

This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, self-motivated and confident person, ideally with some knowledge of Healthcare Professional media to join our media team. This role would offer opportunities to grow within the team and progress your career as a specialist Healthcare media buyer.

Responsibilities:

We pride ourselves on our strong long-term relationships with clients and this is a key role to support the media team with media planning buying and implementation to help maintain and grow our clients.  

Your role as a Media support executive will be to assist the team with multi-channel campaigns for their pharmaceutical clients, this will include:

• Liaising with publishers to source media information and confidently present back.
• To be pro-active and identify new opportunities for clients.
• Displaying a good understanding of all relevant media channels including social.
• Providing internal support to the team with creating presentations.
• To help plan, book and manage the delivery of client campaigns across print, digital and social media channels.
• Monitoring dashboards to ensure campaigns are running correctly and recommend optimisations.
• Preparing campaign analysis reports.
• Working closely with internal departments along with external companies such as publishers and creative agencies to help with schedule implementation and ensure the media plan runs smoothly and deadlines are reached.
• To support our Production manager to implement media schedules and liaise with our internal adops team.

Ideal candidate will:

• Have experience within the Healthcare Professional media buying sector
• Be a highly organised self-starter who is analytical, with a high attention to detail
• Self-motivated, able to self-manage and ambitious to exceed expectations
• A proactive learner, working well under pressure with good ability to prioritise
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience Required

• Proficient with Microsoft Office – Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be able to prioritise/organise workflow
• Must be able to work co-operatively with other members of the Media Team
• Must be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to demonstrate strong computer literacy skills
• Ideally have digital social media experience
• Ideally Healthcare market knowledge
