What You'll Do

  • Deliver Excellence: Perform a wide range of mechanical maintenance tasks, ensuring optimal building performance.
  • Respond to Issues: Quickly respond to breakdowns and faults, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
  • Monitor and Maintain: Utilize mobile devices to track work orders, update records, and optimize service delivery.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with contractors and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Drive Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.


The Ideal Candidate

What you'll need:

  • Technical Expertise: NVQ Level 2 in an appropriate mechanical discipline and solid experience in facilities maintenance.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to finding innovative solutions.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing priorities.


Desirable Qualifications

  • Electrical Conversion Course
  • Refrigeration/Air Conditioning knowledge
