As a Master Technician, you know cars inside and out. You're the expert when challenges arise—troubleshooting issues, making precise repairs, and ensuring top-quality work. More than just fixing cars, you set the standard, support your team, and keep the shop running smoothly.

Day-to-day duties

  • Performing advanced diagnostics and complex repairs
  • Providing technical guidance and training to team members
  • Ensuring all work meets manufacturer and industry standards
  • Keeping up to date with technological advancements and best practices
  • Collaborating with management to improve workshop efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Master Technician certification (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong diagnostic skills – you can pinpoint issues quickly and accurately
  • Leadership skills – you’re happy to share your knowledge and mentor junior techs
  • Great attention to detail – because every job should be done right the first time
  • A proactive, can-do attitude – you’re always looking for ways to improve
  • A full UK driving licence
