Kickstart your career in digital marketing with LOCALiQ, in an apprenticeship role.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Campaign Success team as an apprentice, supporting the delivery of high-quality digital advertising campaigns for clients across the Northwest of England and North Wales. Working closely with experienced Campaign Success Managers and Digital Advertising Consultants, you will gain hands-on experience across a range of channels including social media and display advertising.

This is a development-focused role, ideal for someone at the start of their career who is keen to learn, grow and build a strong foundation in digital marketing. Alongside your day-to-day role, you will complete a structured apprenticeship programme with Ascento, gaining industry-recognised qualifications while applying your learning in a real-world environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the set-up, management and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns
  • Assist Campaign Success Managers and Digital Advertising Consultants in delivering campaigns aligned to client objectives
  • Learn how campaigns are planned and executed across social and display channels
  • Assist with the creation and review of ad copy and creative assets
  • Monitor and track campaign performance using key metrics such as impressions, clicks and conversions
  • Support the preparation of reports and campaign insights for internal teams and clients
  • Help gather and organise campaign data, contributing to performance analysis
  • Attend internal and client meetings to build understanding of campaign strategy
  • Work collaboratively with teams across the business to support delivery
  • Learn how to identify and resolve campaign issues with guidance from senior colleagues
  • Take an active role in your own learning and development through the apprenticeship programme

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Strong interest in digital marketing and advertising
  • Eager to learn, develop and build new skills
  • Good attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative, team-focused approach
  • Comfortable working with data and numbers (full training provided)
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms is beneficial but not essential
  • Positive attitude with a proactive and curious mindset
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
  • Full UK driving licence preferred (or working towards), with willingness to travel across the region
