Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Telford (Office-Based)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £23,000 (35 hours per week)
Contract Type: 12 month fixed term contract.

The Role
We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our in-house team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their marketing career who’s eager to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities in the exciting world of live events.
You’ll play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns, creating content, working with influencers, and helping to grow the visibility of our events. You’ll also have the opportunity to travel and be on-site at events throughout the year — capturing content, supporting PR activity, and contributing to the overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for events
- Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and websites
- Liaise with influencers, content creators, and partners to support campaign goals
- Attend events (some overnight stays required) to support marketing activity and content capture
- Film and edit short videos for use across digital platforms
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social insights
- Support press and PR efforts, including press releases and media liaison
- General administrative support to the wider marketing team
- Support the customer service team during events should they require it.
About You
- A passion for events and marketing
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight at events across the UK
- Comfortable working with influencers and the public
- Confident creating content, including video and social media assets
- Experience filming and editing video (basic proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Premiere Rush or other is desirable)
- Familiar with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok & Facebook
- A team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Photoshop)
- Qualification in Marketing or a related field.
Desirable (but not essential)
- Degree in marketing, media, communications or a related field is a plus but not essential
- Driving licence and access to transport
