Marketing Data Analyst to Drive Growth with a Leading SaaS Company My client is a well-established and growing global B2B SaaS business with a strong track record and an impressive global client list. This a greenfield opportunity perfect for an ambitious Marketing Data Analyst looking to make a significant impact within a fast-paced environment and working very closely with the senior leadership team, being part of transforming how they currently use data in the business. Experience using Power BI and working with Data in a marketing context is essential.

Working Days/Hours: Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am-5:30 pm, with some flexibility. Employees are expected to work in the office in Basingstoke for three days per week, with flexibility on which three days.

Location: The office is based in Basingstoke, across from the train station. Underground parking is available onsite.

The Marketing Data Analyst Role Responsibilities Will Include

  • Analysing and attributing the impact of various marketing initiatives on overall business performance
  • Evaluating the performance of different marketing channels and assessing effectiveness against KPIs
  • Forecasting and projecting outcomes of future marketing campaigns using statistical methods
  • Integrating data from platforms like Marketo and Salesforce into analysis and visualisation tools
  • Developing dashboards to track key marketing metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to provide data-driven recommendations to teams

The Ideal Marketing Data Analyst Will Have

  • Ideally, a degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or a related field or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in marketing data analysis
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerBI and expertise in data visualisation
  • The ability to translate complex data into insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience with Salesforce and reporting tools like Marketo
  • Excellent analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail
