Join the Financial Services marketing team at MathWorks and help support industry and product marketing activities across global regions. In this role, you’ll coordinate logistics, communications, and promotional tasks related to key events and campaigns. Working closely with marketers, sales teams, and creative services, you’ll contribute to the execution of initiatives that support engagement with the finance industry.

You’ll support the delivery of marketing programs for the Financial Services team—helping to plan and run events, manage communications, and track campaign progress. Specifically, you’ll:

  • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events, including scheduling, registration, and speaker support
  • Manage dry runs and speaker communications
  • Prepare and distribute promotional content using email, web, and social channels
  • Track registrations, attendance, and campaign metrics
  • Handle lead capture and reporting, including post-event follow-up
  • Maintain quarterly plans and documentation for marketing activities
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to align communication and outreach efforts

  • Experience supporting marketing or events in a B2B or software company environment
  • Familiarity with coordinating webinars, customer forums, or industry conferences
  • Ability to work collaboratively with distributed teams across marketing, sales, and technical roles
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Clear and concise written communication skills
  • Interest in financial services, modeling, or data-driven technologies is a plus
  • Experience using CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Eloqua) is helpful
  • Familiarity with social media publishing tools (e.g., Sprinklr) is a plus

  • A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
