About The Role
We are currently recruiting for Manufacturing Support Administrator to work at our brand new Quartz factory in Scunthorpe . This vacancy is for our morning shift with the hours of work 06:00 to 14:30.

We are currently recruiting for Manufacturing Support Administrator to work at our brand new Quartz factory in Scunthorpe . This vacancy is for our morning shift with the hours of work 06:00 to 14:30.
Critical purpose of role:
- Provide high level administrative support to all areas of the warehouse
- Fully support the warehouse management team
- Liaising with internal departments if necessary
- Providing general support to teams across the business
- Handle administrative requests and queries from management
- Provide general support to Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Generate reports for management KPIs and other specific reports
- Assist with HR functions, such as note taking for investigations and disciplinary meetings
- Photocopy and file appropriate documents as needed
- Monitor incoming emails, responding in a timely manner
- Work closely with Supervisors to ensure all departmental performance reports are completed in a timely manner, highlighting any issues to management
- Provide general administrative support within all areas of the warehouse
- Project a positive image of Wren Kitchens and the department at all times
- Undertake any other duties as reasonably as requested by management
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace
- Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge in order to effectively perform the role
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience in an administration function
- Excellent attention to detail
