We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer based out of our Dumbarton Manufacturing Facility.

- Take combined ownership of production KPIs and drive performance improvements
- Lead corrective actions with teams using structured problem-solving techniques
- Identify and implement process improvements across production and subcontract suppliers
- Manage and update CAD drawings, technical documentation, and work instructions
- Optimize line balancing and production flow to enhance efficiency and support NPI success
- BSc in Engineering discipline – Mech. Engineering/Manufacturing Systems/ Quality/Mechatronics
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing with strong knowledge of quality, production methods, and Lean principles
- Skilled in mechanical assembly and proficient in CAD, ideally with Creo/3D CAD expertise
- Involved in NPI processes with PFMEA experience; project management skills are a plus
- Strong problem-solving, planning abilities, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Quality-driven mindset with pride in delivering work that meets high standards and compliance
