Reporting to a Marketing Senior Manager, you will play a key role in executing impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives that support Deloitte UK's Tax & Legal’s business objectives. You will work closely with marketing colleagues across business, Client & Market’s team ; business development colleagues; and the service line professionals to develop, execute and measure the effectiveness of the marketing strategy and plan for a service line.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the development and implementation of marketing plans for specific Tax & Legal business lines, markets or industries.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across marketing (including other business lines and industries), business development, service line professionals, clients and markets teams and subject matter experts to make marketing activities impactful for our clients.
  • Manage the execution of marketing activities across various channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, content creation, events, and social media.
  • Engage both business development teams and account teams to ensure marketing activities are relevant, timely and sales enabling.
  • Track and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders. Use data to identify trends and make recommendations for future strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of activities
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Deloitte's brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all marketing materials.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in a similar role, ideally within professional services
  • Ability to work with technical, non-marketing SMEs and the curiosity to develop a solid understanding of their business, market and offerings
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices across multiple channels.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing budgets and tracking return on investment for marketing activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
