- Managing and developing long-term relationships with major accounts
- Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets
- Leading contract renegotiations and presenting compelling proposals
- Conducting regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities
- Reporting on performance weekly/monthly and adapting strategies to meet objectives
- Collaborating across internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Proven experience in key or major account management, ideally in logistics or a related industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer success
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic sales territory

Your Profile - Skillsets And Attributes
- 2-3 years sales background in the international logistics industry
- Ability and desire to acquire new business
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Strong customer orientation with the commitment to excel
- Ability to build and manage partnerships with both internal and external customers
