As a CBREMulti-skilled Technician, you will perform ongoing preventive maintenance andrepairs on a mechanical, electrical, and other building system. This job ispart of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They areresponsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs onequipment and systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct routinemaintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist withinstallation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assignedwork orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.Work with available systems to manage and track completion.
• Support energymanagement by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect new orexisting installations for compliance with building codes and safetyregulations
• Report violationsto Management.
• Use existingprocedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunityto exercise discretion.
• Impact throughclearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail .
• Deliver ownoutput by following defined procedures and processes under close supervisionand guidance.
• Maintenanceinfrastructure (1st level) and minor works, including:
• Carry out basicplumbing maintenance and reactive repairs, including tracing and rectifyingminor leaks on pipework, fittings, and sanitaryware.
• Respond to toiletand urinal faults (e.g., blockages, flushing failures, minor componentreplacement) and return facilities to service with minimal disruption.
• Investigate andresolve hot water issues where possible (temperature/pressure checks, localisolations, basic fault finding) and escalate complex faults in line with siteprocedures.
• Supportday-to-day heating comfort by completing first-line checks and minor repairs,including bleeding radiators, checking controls/thermostats, and reportingperformance issues.
• Complete joinerytasks such as adjusting, repairing, and replacing doors, frames, hinges, andironmongery to ensure safe operation and good presentation.
• Undertake firedoor remedials and support inspections/installation activities (e.g., checkingclosers, seals, and signage), ensuring works align with site compliancerequirements.
• Install andsecurely fix notice boards and similar fixtures, including accuratemarking-out, safe drilling, and making-good of surfaces.
• Carry out generalcarpentry and minor fabric works, including studwork, partitions, skirting,architraves, and basic repairs/making-good following maintenance tasks.
• Complete paintingand decorating tasks to maintain site standards, including preparation(filling/sanding), patch repairs, and finishing to a consistent, professionalquality.
• Install andreplace locks and associated door hardware (where authorised), ensuring correctfit, function checks, and secure handover.
• Provide basiclocksmith support, including key cutting/issuing (where authorised) andmaintaining appropriate records in line with site security procedures.
• General sitemaintenance and repairs

What You’ll Need:PersonalExperience/Qualifications/Skills:

• High SchoolDiploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1 2 years of job a combination ofexperience and education will be considered.
• related experience. In lieu of adiploma, Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping,standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavyloads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routinesand standards in the application of work. Communication skills to exchangestraightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Officeproducts.
• Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,etc. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive minds
