In our Additive Manufacturing business, we offer the widest alloy range of metal powders on the market, under the world-renowned Osprey brand as well as a Controlled Expansion (CE) Alloys product range.
We’re now looking for a Maintenance Fitter to join our Engineering team.
About You
You will have demonstratable experience in mechanical engineering and hold a trade apprenticeship with minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. The main focus of the role will be to undertake mechanical work on the site’s equipment.
Training will be provided. Experience of rotating systems, COMPEX and having a good level of IT literacy would be a great advantage.
This role is based at our manufacturing site in Neath and is on days.

Key responsibilities include:
- To undertake all mechanical work as required.
- Comply with all Standard Working Practices (SWP’s) and permits to work where appropriate.
- Monitor the Engineering Requests (ER’s) and carry out appropriate tasks.
- Carry out plant checks as defined.
- When necessary, work planned shutdowns.
- When requested be prepared to attend the work site out of normal working hours to address issues of safety, security or production equipment breakdowns.
- Participation in the Engineering call out system.
- Comply with the company and engineering quality procedures.
